Security and data handling

Keep authorization, source material, and capability limits visible

CS FLOW AI processes the information needed for tasks users initiate. This page describes current security principles and user-visible controls without claiming certifications or controls that have not been verified or released.

Accounts and workspaces

Workspace and collaboration features that depend on identity check sign-in state first. Protect your account and never share login credentials, verification codes, API keys, or third-party access tokens.

Files and task material

Uploaded images, PDFs, Office files, task text, and results should contain only the information needed to complete the task. Before submitting identity documents, information about minors, trade secrets, or other sensitive material, confirm that processing is necessary and minimize the scope.

Third-party capabilities and connectors

Some models, document platforms, scanning, image, and video capabilities are provided by third parties. When an external account is required, the product asks the user to authorize the relevant access. The third party's privacy policy and terms may also apply.

Results and professional judgment

AI output may contain recognition, calculation, citation, or formatting errors. Financial, legal, educational, identity-document, and externally published material requires final review by a responsible person. Financial analysis is not investment advice.

Report a security issue

If you notice account anomalies, incorrect authorization, unexpected data exposure, or another security concern, stop submitting material, record the relevant time and page, and email support@openmira.cc.
