1. Operator and scope
CS FLOW AI is operated and published by OpenMira. This policy applies to the CS FLOW AI website and web workspace. Privacy questions, personal-information requests, and data-deletion requests can be sent to support@openmira.cc.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features a user chooses, CS FLOW AI may process:
- Optional account information such as a Google account identifier, display name, email address, and profile image.
- Task text, prompts, images, PDFs, Office files, attachment content, and follow-up revision requests submitted by the user.
- Task status, conversation history, generated results, workspace settings, and collaboration information.
- Authorization status, access scope, and response information required after the user connects a third-party service.
- Security and technical diagnostic information needed to authenticate users, protect the service, and troubleshoot failures.
Before uploading, remove faces, names, identity numbers, account details, organization identifiers, and other personal or sensitive information that is not needed for the task.
3. How we use information
- Provide account access, workspaces, and task-state synchronization.
- Understand tasks, process files, execute requested work, and generate downloadable results.
- Connect models, document services, scanning, image, video, or other third-party capabilities selected by the user.
- Provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
OpenMira does not sell personal information and does not use user-submitted task content or files for behavioral advertising.
4. Service providers and international processing
To complete a user request, necessary information may be processed by identity, AI model, cloud infrastructure, document, scanning, image, video, or connector providers acting for or alongside OpenMira. Information is sent only to the extent needed for the selected function. A provider's own privacy policy and account-authorization rules may also apply.
Depending on the user's location, selected service, and provider infrastructure, information submitted to AI services or external connectors may be processed outside the user's country or region, subject to applicable law.
5. Cookies, analytics, and technical records
CS FLOW AI may use cookies, local storage, and first-party technical records needed to maintain sign-in, save necessary settings, protect the service, and understand feature reliability.
On public marketing pages, we use Google Analytics to measure page views, acquisition channels, and clicks that open the workspace. In the private workspace, Google Analytics receives only explicitly defined product events such as sign-in, workspace section, attachment type, task category, completion status, result preview, and result download. Automatic enhanced measurement is disabled. We do not intentionally send task text, chat content, file names or contents, generated files, email addresses, user IDs, task IDs, or OAuth callback parameters to Google Analytics.
6. Storage, security, and retention
CS FLOW AI uses encryption in transit and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
- Information submitted for a one-time AI result is used to complete that request and may remain for a limited period in provider or security logs for reliability, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
- Tasks, conversations, files, and results intentionally saved to an account are retained until the user deletes the record, deletes the account, or submits a valid deletion request.
- Authentication and security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations.
No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload personal, confidential, or sensitive information that is not needed to complete the task.
7. User choices and deletion
Users can delete relevant tasks or results through available product controls. Requests to access, correct, export, restrict processing, or delete an account and associated data can be sent to support@openmira.cc. After a valid deletion request is completed, we delete account information, synchronized task data, saved files, AI history, and associated records, except for limited information required by law or security obligations.
8. Children and minors
CS FLOW AI is not directed to independent use by children under 13. Minors should use it under appropriate guidance from a parent, guardian, teacher, or authorized school. Anyone submitting material about a minor must have the required authority and consent under applicable local law and should submit only what is necessary.
9. AI-generated content
AI recognition, analysis, calculation, and generation may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users must verify important content. Inappropriate results can be reported through product feedback or to support@openmira.cc.
10. Contact and policy updates
OpenMira may update this policy when features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will make reasonable efforts to explain material changes through the product or website. Privacy questions can be sent to support@openmira.cc.
